The schedule for your treatments will vary, based on the type of treatment you will be receiving. You will be seen by your radiation oncologists periodically to evaluate your physical condition to make sure you are able to continue the treatment process and to answer any questions you may have. At any time during your treatment process you have questions or concerns, it is important for you to contact the office where you receive treatment. Your nurse will be able to review and coordinate with your radiation oncologist to make sure your questions or concerns are addressed.
At the end of your treatments, you will receive a schedule for follow up appointments with your radiation oncologist. You will also learn about any special care you should take after your treatment.
